Created with Copic alcohol markers and a touch of colored pencils on top for crisp details, this is the second gemstone drawing in a series of 35 different designs. I chose this subject of gemstones to both strengthen my skills with markers and to explore how light reflects off of different cuts of stone.
Each gemstone has been matted and placed in a UV-protected plexyglass aluminum frame, making these gems lightweight and easy to hang.
