Snow in the Spring (original)

"Snow in the Spring" is an original alcohol ink painting inspired by the inconsistent Midwest weather patterns of spring. Using a blue-violet, a violet, and a light pink, this painting creates a juxtoposition between the blooms of dogwood and cherry blossom trees with the silver linework of ice and snow.
 
This painting is mounted on a white sheet of mat board with the title, year produced, and artist signature written by hand. The painting is placed behind UV-protected plexyglass in a silver aluminum frame, making this original work lightweight and easy to hang in any office or room.
